Lead Product Manager, US Product & Enterprise

The Role:

• Own US product for our enterprise customers — the strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
• Be the senior US product voice — the person every PM at Deputy turns to when a decision has US-specific implications.
• Translate US market and enterprise signals into a roadmap engineering and design can execute.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs.
• Embed across squads as the senior US product partner.
• Own product integrity for the US enterprise surface.

Skills & Experience:

• Deep US market fluency for shift-based businesses.
• Enterprise product experience at scale — multi-location, multi-thousand-headcount customers.
• Genuine technical depth — can read API docs, sketch a data flow, reason about idempotency and reconciliation.
