UX Design Contractor

About the Role:

• This is a hands-on execution role focused on turning PRDs and design systems into polished screens
• You will report to the Design Lead and work closely with the Product Designer and PM
• Prioritizing speed and follow-through over years of experience

What You'll Work On:

• Designing UI/UX solutions for new features
• Applying existing design system consistently on new features
• Flagging gaps rather than inventing new patterns solo

What We're Looking For:

• Based in Mexico, fluent in Spanish, comfortable in English
• Product design experience with a portfolio of shipped app or web work
• Comfortable working independently from a Figma design system and written brief

Compensation:

• MXN $200–300/hour, paid as a contractor
• No benefits included
• Hours vary around 10–20 per week, flexible with US Central time overlap
