As a high-agency, high-trust role you'll be central to how the team operates, solves problems, and delivers on strategy. You’ll be the go-to person who helps the team stay aligned, focused, and unblocked—through meetings, tools, and follow-through; Build and maintain workflows that supercharge execution: from calendar orchestration to meeting prep, internal comms, and beyond; Use AI and automation (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, Reclaim, Slack bots, etc.) to reduce busywork and scale your impact; Lead execution on people-centered projects: team offsites, onboarding, hiring support, internal updates, vendor coordination; Keep the operational pulse—tracking priorities, nudging follow-ups, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks; Partner with leads to make strategy real: you’ll turn ideas into action and next steps into outcomes.
