Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll leverage your expertise in query optimization, advanced data modelling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful insights that directly influence business strategy. This is the role for you if you excel at transforming complex data into actionable intelligence, developing sophisticated dashboards that tell compelling stories, and mentoring other analysts while maintaining high standards of data integrity. Own large data domain(s): integrating data requirements into project planning, collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, building pipelines and dashboards, coordinate with other data team members on team projects and preserving our data warehouse as the source of truth at KOHO. Design and optimize data models with a strong focus on performance, leveraging advanced DBT features independently. Develop dashboards that go beyond visualization to answer critical business questions and support strategic decision-making. Proactively identify trends and opportunities through deep data analysis, thinking beyond immediate requests to uncover additional relevant insights. Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, offering data-driven recommendations that align with business priorities and maximize impact. Autonomously own project planning and participate in cross functional domain ownership. Mentor team members and contribute to establishing best practices within the data organization.
