Director, Quality

Quality Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with business goals and client expectations. Lead and mentor the Quality team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Engineering, Design, and Supply Chain teams to align quality objectives.

Manufacturing & Fabrication Quality: Develop and implement quality standards across internal plants and external manufacturing partners. Monitor and audit production processes at internal and external facilities. Ensure compliance with structural integrity standards.

Process & Compliance: Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO standards and industry best practices. Ensure adherence to local building codes, electrical standards, and environmental regulations. Supplier & Vendor Quality In partnership with Field Partner Management (FPMG) and Supply Chain, establish supplier/vendor quality programs.
