Job Description
Lead one of Emma's engineering teams and be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the end user’s needs. You will own the team’s delivery, driving predictable progress through proactive risk identification and mitigation, while ensuring clear, timely communication with stakeholders at every stage. This role fosters a highly engaged, collaborative and psychologically safe team focused on continuous improvement.
