Job Description
You will develop a scalable marketing automation strategy with the clear goal of efficiently, specifically and quickly converting leads into paying customers. You develop and optimize a digital marketing engine that effectively supports our marketing goals. You plan, design, implement and manage automated multichannel campaigns. In close cooperation with product marketing and product management, you implement cross- and upselling campaigns for our end customers. You create meaningful campaign analyses and prepare KPI reports for management reporting. You control the technical further development of our HubSpot CRM, with a special focus on data quality, compliance and GDPR conformity. You automate processes for data maintenance and enrichment in the CRM system. You work proactively with our cross-functional marketing team. You are the integral interface between Inside Sales and Marketing and support the pre-qualification of our leads.
