Job Description
Interdependence is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing & Business Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operational and internal marketing engine of the agency. This individual will work closely with the Chief of Staff and President to ensure agency-wide priorities, internal systems, communications, and brand marketing efforts are executed smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing operational processes, maintaining internal calendars, partnering with Finance, HR, and Client Services to deliver reports and track resource allocation. Additional responsibilities include managing internal marketing deliverables like client newsletters and coordinating firm-led events and initiatives. The person will also lead internal engagement efforts and maintain the agencyβs internal SOPs, supporting HR in employee experience programs.
