The Senior Manager acts as a technical interface between the Forge Biologics sales and delivery teams and current or potential clients, providing a scientific perspective. They oversee technical scoping of client programs through the proposal and contract stages and serve as a technical expert during client interactions, answering inquiries and providing information about our products.
In the delivery phase, they act in concert with a client commercial team, monitoring program progress and providing scientific expertise on routine delivery calls. The role involves providing timely responses to Change Order requests and participating in Client Joint Steering Committee Meetings, alongside commercial partners and Forge Leadership.
