Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SQL and PL/SQL extraction programs to export employee data from PeopleSoft and Oracle EBS.
- Analyze agency-specific configurations and create mappings to Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader formats.
- Build automated extraction routines using PeopleSoft Application Designer and Application Engine.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in database development for HR systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM.
