What You Will Do:

Solution: sit with business owners and decompose problems into buildable workflows.
Prototype: build working automations, integrations, and internal applications in days.
Hand off: document solutions and hand them to delivery managers for productionization.

What You Will Bring:

Full-stack proficiency and deep data literacy across relational and NoSQL stores.
Cloud infrastructure fluency (Azure and/or AWS) and business decomposition skills.
AI-native working style and 7+ years of experience shipping under time pressure.
