- Turn ambiguous business problems into concrete, buildable designs — fast.
- Sit with stakeholders or struggling project teams to understand operations and edge cases.
- Produce solution designs that delivery teams can build from immediately.
What You Will Do:
- Client-facing pre-sales solutioning and escalation design.
- Decompose high-level problems into requirements, workflows, and states.
- Prototype risky or novel parts of designs to validate before delivery.
What You Will Bring:
- Track record of solutioning across enterprise systems.
- Elite decomposition and requirements skills.
- Cloud fluency (Azure/AWS) and integration depth.
How We Will Work Together:
- Report to the CTO; designs go to senior leadership for review.
- Delivery managers own client relationships; you own the design's technical defensibility.
- Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers across pre-sales, escalations, and internal architecture.
