The Program Analyst will manage efforts to identify and balance program priorities, monitor staff workload and performance, delegate effectively, streamline processes, and strategize process improvements. The role involves generating and maintaining project expenditure databases, cost estimates, and financial projections, as well as reviewing financial data for accuracy. Conducting biweekly budget review meetings, providing clients with budget information, tracking project spending, and supporting proposal efforts are also key responsibilities. Managing project documentation and participating in process improvement initiatives are also included.
