Sr. Network Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of major platform components including backend services in Python (Flask), RESTful APIs, and frontend components using JavaScript and Angular/React.
• Build and maintain northbound APIs for customer self-service portal with tenant-scoped authorization, rate limiting, and idempotent order handling.
• Develop network-as-code automation for MPLS L3VPN, EVPN, BGP, DCI, and cloud connectivity using Ansible and Terraform.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in production software engineering and network automation with 6+ years in Python and REST API development.
• Deep expertise in MPLS, BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, and multi-vendor firewall policy, with 5+ years in network automation and orchestration.
• Experience with GitOps/CI/CD, data engineering (document, graph, timeseries databases), and frontend development (JavaScript, Angular/React).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary range of $170,000 - $190,000 with discretionary annual bonus based on performance.
