Director of Inventory Management

We are seeking a Director of Inventory Management to lead Grove's inventory planning function across both third-party retail partners and our owned brand products. This person will oversee planning for a complex, multi-million-dollar inventory portfolio across hundreds of vendors and multiple manufacturing partners. The role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Grove’s growth and profitability by ensuring world-class demand and supply planning processes. You'll lead a team of 10 inventory planners, oversee planning for a multi-million-dollar portfolio, and partner with various departments. Implementing new planning software and delivering accurate forecasts are key aspects. Fostering Grove’s values and building a collaborative team environment are also essential.
