Role Scope:
- Own the geotechnical workstream across a multi-site, multi-state development portfolio.
- Scope and direct subsurface investigation programs, including boring and CPT campaigns.
- Coordinate with environmental on groundwater and contamination issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience owning geotechnical engineering on large-scale site development.
- Ability to make foundation and ground-improvement calls on difficult sites.
- Directed external geotechnical consultants from RFP through final report.
Compensation:
- $200,000 - $250,000 per year, plus equity in the form of stock options.
