Tax Manager - Real Estate

Seeking an experienced Tax Manager who brings both technical excellence and a passion for guiding clients toward financial success. The Tax Manager will manage and review complex income tax returns and workpapers for individuals, partnerships, corporations, fiduciaries, estates, and CA LLCs. The Tax Manager will lead client engagements, overseeing tax planning, compliance, and provision services across diverse industries. This person will prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings, assist with tax structuring and planning for real estate transactions, and support high-net-worth individuals with income tax optimization. Additionally, the Tax Manager will supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives.
