Equity Operations & Corporate Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel - Equity Operations & Corporate, you will be responsible for the allocation of options to Pennylaners (BSPCE, BSA, stock-options etc.), managing operations related to the Stock Option plan post allocation, following up and updating the capitalization table, managing shareholder and governance registers, preparing minutes, decisions of partners and other governance documents related to capital transactions, proposing and implementing improvements to optimize processes related to equity transactions, providing continuous support to Pennylane employees in Europe on all equity-related issues, and ensuring active legal monitoring to follow changes in regulations applicable to employee share ownership, both in France and in Europe.
