Events Associate

Execute end-to-end event logistics for trade shows and owned events, including registration, booth management, vendor coordination, and freight/swag management. Serve as the primary on-site lead at events, managing setup, execution, breakdown, and act as a brand ambassador. Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other internal teams to ensure seamless event coordination and information flow. Oversee financial and contractual components of event planning. Manage venue sourcing, catering arrangements, and accommodation/travel coordination for event staff as needed.
