Job Description

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at OnePay, your work will have a direct impact on customer engagement and revenue growth, driving everything from cross-product lifecycle initiatives to scalable cross-sell strategies that help customers discover and adopt the right products for their needs. You will own the cross-product lifecycle and cross-sell strategy to deepen customer engagement across key journeys. Partner with product-specific marketers to align messaging, timing, and campaign priorities across verticals. Build and continuously optimize lifecycle journeys that increase discovery and adoption of adjacent OnePay products. Leverage audience segmentation, rigorous testing, and performance data to scale high-performing cross-sell touchpoints. Serve as a center of excellence for lifecycle and CRM best practices, supporting and upskilling adjacent teams.
