Proctoring Program Manager, CAPS Telecommuter Clinical Standards & Abortion Access (CPO)

Providing expertise in delivering proctoring skills for abortion services across the Federation, supports the management of the CAPS proctoring programs, and serves as the primary facilitator and program manager for CAPS U. Thoughtfully and skillfully lead engagements with affiliate staff and CAPS U participants that facilitate meaningful learning. The Proctoring Program Manager, CAPS, will work with other CAPS team members to provide abortion care technical support to affiliate staff who provide abortion services and training across the federation, serving as a proctor for abortion-related services. Managing the development, scheduling, management, and tracking of CAPS U, identifying opportunities to improve the proctoring program and CAPS U processes and collaborating with team members to codify solutions.
