Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer, you will design and develop user interfaces, backend services, and data processing pipelines for Foxglove's robotics observability and visualization platform. You will work with other engineers to manage and provide access to large amounts of data across hosted platforms and customer sites. The key responsibilities include ingesting massive volumes of sensor data, providing low-latency random-access playback, and building systems to provide timely analytics across multimodal data. The role involves multi-cloud architecture and offloading data from remote devices in network constrained environments. The technical stack includes Node.js (TypeScript), PostgreSQL, Rust, and managed Kubernetes environments in GCP. Customer deployments are in Azure and AWS. Foxglove is looking for someone with 8+ years of professional experience, strong experience with SQL databases, familiarity with React, and excellent communication skills.
