Role Responsibilities:
- Lead technical strategy and solution design for monitoring platforms and integrations.
- Define implementation patterns for telemetry ingestion, alerting, dashboarding, and ITSM integration.
- Provide technical leadership for large projects and build rapport with clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise monitoring, observability, or APM engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop proposal strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, or Elastic Stack.
- Experience integrating monitoring solutions with ServiceNow and CMDB.
