Head of Corporate IT

Fluidstack is looking for a Head of Corporate IT to build and lead our internal IT function. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling the internal systems, tools, and devices that power our global team, including identity and access management and compliance. This role owns corporate technology infrastructure and employee-facing IT operations, ensuring high availability, optimized cost, and an excellent user experience. You will serve as the central point of accountability for all internal tooling from day-to-day IT support to strategic technology decisions and compliance readiness. As our first dedicated IT leader, you'll build the foundation for a modern, scalable, secure internal environment that supports rapid growth. Focus includes owning the corporate IT stack, leading identity and access management, designing security policies, implementing ticketing systems, overseeing endpoint management, managing SaaS tools, conducting internal risk assessments, and supporting compliance initiatives.
