General Manager, Asia

Archer is hiring a General Manager for the APAC Region to build on and develop Archer's presence in the region, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. The role involves developing and executing Archer’s APAC go-to-market strategy in line with global priorities, with a near-term focus on building upon existing engagements, owning the P&L and all KPIs for the entire APAC region, ensuring that Archer achieves growth and profitability goals. The candidate will also deepen and expand Archer’s local presence in these markets by advancing current partnerships, stakeholder relationships, and regulatory discussions. Identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships with airlines, airport operators, government stakeholders, and infrastructure providers across the wider APAC region is critical, as is coordinating with regulatory and policy teams to support type certification, operational approvals, and airspace integration. Representing Archer at key regional events, forums, and with governmental agencies across APAC is also necessary. The candidate will live in Asia, ideally in Singapore or another key APAC hub, and travel up to 25% of the year to HQ and/or other markets.
