Job Description
This individual will provide proactive leadership, administrative, and operational support to MCRAβs Patient Access Program (PAP) team and clients, ensuring all incoming cases are logged in the system and assigned appropriately. They'll communicate with PAP clients, providers, and insurers to mitigate case barriers for escalated cases, update internal SOPs, and review template letter composition for quality. Furthermore, they will meet with PAP clients monthly, review program metrics, and assist with new program design, development, and implementation.
