Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Site Reliability Engineering and Corporate IT organizations, establishing a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Own platform reliability, availability, observability, incident response, and compliance, establishing and monitoring SLOs and SLIs.
- Define and execute enterprise IT strategy, including identity and access management, endpoint management, and corporate systems.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience overseeing multiple technical organizations.
- Hands-on technical expertise with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Additional Details:
- Base salary of $250,000–$280,000 USD plus variable compensation.
- 100% remote work arrangement within the United States.
