Job Description

1848 Ventures is seeking a founding member of its Go-To-Market team to establish the Product-Led Growth function across its portfolio of ventures. This role will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue through product-driven experiences. It will require close partnership with engineering to deploy in-product experiments, to test, measure, and optimize the self-serve onboarding, feature usage and adoption, and conversion flow as a bottom-up process. In this role, you will embed within the early stages of a venture, as they seek to validate problem-solution fit, and you will be responsible for accelerating growth for the venture, as it scales through its pre-seed phase in search of product-market fit with dozens of paying customers. As a founding member of 1848’s Go-To-Market team, you will also partner closely with the Growth Marketing function to align paid media, outreach, and sales-led motions with in-product conversion funnels.
