Responsibilities:
- Draft and redline customer contracts, driving them through to execution.
- Build and maintain the contract lifecycle process with workflow tooling and playbooks.
- Manage camera ordering, inventory, and fulfillment for customer onboarding.
Operations Support:
- Contribute to process design for scaling the network of teleophthalmology graders.
- Support hiring across the operations division and own onboarding logistics.
- Draft internal policies and SOPs to close operational gaps as the company grows.
Strategic Projects:
- Take on strategic projects including board materials and cross-functional project management.
- Perform analysis as needed and step into various operational areas requiring reliable execution.
- Operate with limited structure, often defining new processes to support rapid growth.
