Software Architect Java, Brazil

Looking for a Software Architect or Tech Lead to work with Backend applications on a project for one of the largest life insurance companies in the world. This position involves leading the structure responsible for the client's back-office financial journey, designing solutions, making technical decisions, and guiding squads to ensure the technical quality of applications. Responsibilities include defining software architectures, implementing scalable solutions, leading technological decisions, guiding development teams, conducting code reviews, mitigating technical risks, and mentoring junior developers. Requirements include experience as a Tech Lead or Architect in agile squads, solid experience with Java and Spring Boot, expertise in system integrations and messaging with Kafka, knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, experience with cloud services (AWS), and familiarity with Docker and CI/CD processes.
