Bilingual Clinical Supervisor LCSW- California, Remote

Position Overview:

• Virtual and/or In-person Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor providing direct patient engagement and supervisory oversight
• Specializing in the counseling onboarding process and clinical engagement and documentation
• Directly responsible for the provision of direct patient care within the assigned setting

Key Areas of Ownership:

• Directly responsible for the supervision, staffing and coordination of clinical employees within the program’s service lines and other service lines as directed.
• Manages assigned caseload by establishing priorities and balancing quantity and quality issues to ensure timely delivery and coordination of treatment services.
• Communicates clear expectations to the counseling and intake teams and holds each employee appropriately accountable

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted independent mental health license (LCSW,) in CA
• Board Certification to provide Clinical Supervision, as required by practicing location
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
