Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of real estate assets across the United States.
- Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions, including ground and wireless leases.
- Conduct due diligence activities to underwrite assets for lease terms and projected cash flow.
Requirements:
- Possess 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, preferably from a mid to large-sized law firm.
- Hold a Juris Doctor and be admitted to the bar in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation and Attributes:
- The role offers a base salary plus variable compensation through a quarterly legal team bonus.
- The successful candidate must demonstrate an entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit.
- Outstanding oral, written, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to prioritize deal flow.
