Senior Real Estate Counsel - Renewables

Role and Responsibilities:

• Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States.
• Managing a pipeline of deals and facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
• Negotiating and drafting documents for commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required.
• Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
