Responsibilities:
- Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States.
- Managing a pipeline of deals across the US
- Facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
Experience:
- 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required.
- Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects.
- Fluent with technology and remote work.
