Your Mission:
- Draft, negotiate, and analyze a broad range of commercial contracts, including EPC and EEQ Agreements.
- Support project development and acquisition activities by preparing and negotiating interconnection agreements, land and lease agreements.
- Support project finance activities by drafting and negotiating financing, tax, and ITC agreements.
Your Background:
- JD from an accredited law school and a member of a state bar in good standing.
- 6+ years’ total work experience after law school with 3+ years' experience with EPC contract drafting and negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex legal matters and communicate those concerns effectively.
