- Answer calls and schedule meetings with attorneys and clients on behalf of the client.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, documentation, and ongoing matter management.
- Prepare pleadings and legal drafts as per attorney specifications for review.
Contract & Documentation Management:
- Draft and manage legal documentation for real estate transactions.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure compliance across all legal documentation in line with client requirements.
- Handle closing paperwork and manage internal closing submissions for the client.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the US-based client, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings and provide updates.
- Maintain clear, professional communication aligned with client expectations.
