Charge Analysis Associate

Your Opportunity:

• Own the front end of the claim lifecycle, performing daily charge audits and coding reviews.
• Report to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management and ensure coding accuracy.
• This high-leverage role prevents downstream claim denials.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform daily charge audits, reviewing clinical documentation for accurate code assignment.
• Submit clean claims daily through Apero and the clearinghouse.
• Monitor rejection queues and resolve issues promptly.
