REEA Global is seeking a Business Development Lead to engage with operating partners and C-level executives at PE-backed firms and their portfolio companies. This role involves scaling warm introductions into strategic engagements, complementing the efforts of REEA’s partners and senior team. The ideal candidate will have strategic insight, technical fluency, customer empathy, and relentless execution. Responsibilities include warm outreach to portfolio companies, smart prospecting within mid-market PE firms, consistent follow-ups, and mapping PE portfolios to identify prospects. The candidate will also collaborate internally to create tailored outreach strategies, customize outreach based on firm portfolios, align go-to-market angles with REEA's service offerings, and set up meetings. Requirements include 5+ years in business development, consulting, or technical sales, experience engaging PE-backed companies or working with PE firms, a strong understanding of modern software development and AI applications, HubSpot expertise, and experience using AI tools for business development.
