Job Description

The Senior Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Understanding Client Needs: Partnering with client service leads to deeply understand client business and communication needs.
  • Brand Planning: Supporting annual brand planning, including workshop preparation and tactical ideation.
  • Creative Briefs: Drafting and refining creative briefs with guidance from strategy leadership.

Research and Analysis:

  • Client Research: Contributing to client primary research, including development of screeners and discussion guides.
  • Competitive Assessments: Conducting competitive assessments with medical strategy and creative teams.
  • Trend Identification: Identifying emerging trends and implications in the market.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Strategic Recommendations: Presenting strategic recommendations and research takeaways to internal teams and clients with clarity.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Curation and sharing of inspiration and insights to fuel team creativity.
  • Team Support: Supporting strategic team operations as needed, including documentation and process refinement.
