Senior Structural Substation Engineer

Structural Design & Analysis:

• Lead the design of substation steel structures.
• Perform structural analysis and design calculations.
• Prepare construction drawings and layouts.

Leadership & Project Management:

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Support business development activities.

Construction & Field Support:

• Provide engineering support during construction.
• Review and respond to RFIs, site queries, and field change requests.
• Conduct constructability reviews.

Documentation & QA/QC:

• Prepare and review structural calculation reports.
• Ensure designs comply with company QA/QC procedures.
• Participate in peer reviews.
