Position Overview:
- Overseeing performance, reliability, and safety of power plants.
- Hands-on fieldwork, strategic planning, and team collaboration.
- Managing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight on piping, mechanical equipment.
- Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in power plant piping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
