Program Manager, Ethics & Compliance

This position is needed to help us continue to build an innovative, world-class ethics and compliance program. In this role, you’ll: Strategically assess and evolve how the Ethics and Compliance team receives, reviews, and advises employees on requests for ethics guidance, with the goal of continually improving the fairness, rigor, consistency, personalization, and timeliness of our advice. Critically and creatively measure the effectiveness of our ethics and compliance program’s various initiatives, including our training curriculum and approaches. Drive ethics and compliance project management initiatives by collaborating effectively across the business, including with our risk management, compliance, operations, and enterprise application teams. Manage our Conflicts of Interest Disclosure program and our Ethics Hotline program. Partner with our Senior Managing Counsel, Ethics and Compliance to provide our employees with timely, personalized guidance on other day-to-day ethics and compliance matters. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and deliver effective and engaging company-wide and role-based ethics and compliance trainings. Help educate senior management, other business stakeholders, and Twilio’s Board on ethics and compliance program trends and outcomes. Develop team-internal and and company-facing ethics and compliance procedures, guidelines, and policies.
