Job Description
This role involves performing a wide range of administrative tasks to support the Sales, Accounting, Operations, and other departments as needed.
As the first point of contact for the facility, the individual in this role will handle inquiries and interactions both via telephone and in person, representing the company in a professional manner. The individual will assist in order entry and other tasks around the marketing of both domestic and import, as well as facilitate tasks around maintaining and servicing sales agents and other team members. The individual will collaborate with production and Supply/Demand teams to gather information and key details for the sales team, respond quickly and accurately with information to support customer needs, strategize and execute assigned tasks and goals, coordinate scheduling, handle various projects, deadlines and reports, and perform other work-related duties and projects as directed. The individual will also maintain constantly changing Customer Spec Sheets.
