RAN Network Operations & Health Ownership:
- Own 24×7 NTN RAN health, monitor alarms, and execute runbooks for fault categories.
- Monitor beam-level and cell-level performance and initiate optimization.
Incident Diagnosis & Escalation:
- Serve as L3 escalation authority, diagnose at RF and protocol level, and lead technical bridges.
- Diagnose failure modes like SINR anomalies, beam gaps, and interference.
Root Cause Analysis & Performance Optimization:
- Own RAN-domain RCA end-to-end and deliver systemic action items.
- Define and refine RAN KPIs and lead continuous optimization of live NTN RAN.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with RAN Product Engineering on software release readiness.
- Mentor Senior NREs in RAN domain depth and surface automation opportunities.
