What You'll Do:
- Coordinate network outages with Voice, IP, Transport, and Local Operations teams.
- Perform event notifications for internal teams and external customers.
- Assist with outage isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong understanding of Ethernet and TCP/IP networking.
- Ability to troubleshoot Access and Core engineering environments.
- Knowledge of MPLS, GPON, and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
