As a Field Service Engineer for Agilent, you will work at a variety of labs, so having an appetite for continuously learning about new instruments, software, and consumables is key. Applying your interpersonal skills, creativity and can-do attitude is critical. The ability to help solve customer problems and a dedication to delivering the highest levels of customer service are key to building customer success. You will support our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. Responsibilities include installing and optimizing hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites for Chromatography Systems. Diagnosing and resolving product performance problems, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction are also key. Clear communication and enjoyment of customer visits are essential, with the ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
