Job Description
Credit Review:
- Review commercial loans to ensure acceptable credit standards are maintained.
- Examine credit risks within loan portfolios and the appropriateness of risk grades.
- Review loan documentation, appraisals, and collateral.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Document compliance with loan policies and lending procedures.
- Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
- Document observations and variations and discuss with the client.
Client Interaction:
- Assist clients on complex issues with research.
- Apply lending/credit policy and loan guidelines with judgment.
- Effectively communicate weaknesses in loan administration.
