Job Description
As RevOps Manager, the key focuses of this role are:
Hubspot Expertise: Act as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related activities including managing and optimizing the CRM, creating and maintaining dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.
Sales and Retention Enablement: Develop and implement strategies to enable the sales team, including creating training materials, sales playbooks, and other resources in conjunction with Marketing to support sales and adoption efforts.
Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and utilization of key sales tools including Slack, Avoma, Apollo, Koncert, and Warmly, integrated with our sales and renewal processes, Hubspot, and marketing campaigns.
Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with others to implement solutions to streamline workflows.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to sales, customer success and marketing leaders. Create regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all revenue-generating activities.
Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to the relevant teams on Hubspot and other sales tools, ensuring all team members are proficient and utilizing tools effectively.
Project Management: Lead and manage various projects related to sales enablement, customer renewal, and revenue operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the desired outcomes.
