As the Director of Retention - Casino & Realsports at Sporty, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our retention strategy across both Casino and Realsports verticals, with the goal of maximizing player lifetime value in all markets. You’ll drive customer engagement and loyalty through data-driven lifecycle management, retention marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, personalization, and player experience initiatives. By working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams you’ll ensure that both Casino and Realsports players enjoy a seamless, engaging, and rewarding experience that keeps them active and loyal, while staying aligned with our broader business objectives.
