Senior Test Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain overall test strategy, test approach, and test plans across multiple projects.
• Coordinate testing activities across approximately three to five projects per release, managing scope, priorities, and dependencies.
• Lead a team of four to six testers, setting objectives and ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Significant professional experience in software testing, including several years as a Test Manager or Test Lead.
• Strong ability to manage several complex projects and distributed testing teams simultaneously.
• ISTQB certification, especially Advanced Level Test Manager, is preferred.

Additional Information:

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Previous experience in telecommunications is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
